We want you to love every saree. Here's how we handle returns.
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact and in original packaging.
Items marked Final Sale, custom or made-to-order pieces, worn or washed items, and items without original tags cannot be returned.
All return and exchange requests must be submitted through your account on our website. Here's how:
Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7โ10 business days โ our team will contact you for bank details after approval.
We currently offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Select "Exchange" when submitting your request and mention what you'd like instead.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via the return portal or WhatsApp (+91 63048 24387) with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
